Monggo Foods, a luxury company that combines tradition and modernity
We seriously contemplate the nature of soy sauce.
It is Monggo Foods’ long-standing belief that soy sauce should be
the essence that completes a dish, not just an added seasoning.
Soy sauce is a basic flavoring for our food that has been on our table
for a long time. Monggo Foods, which has built up a history of soy
sauce since 1905, will create a new history of taste with unchanging

MONGGOJEONG (PROVINCIAL CULTURAL EXHIBIT 82)
In 1281 CE, when the allied forces of Goryeo and Mongolia were stationed at Happo (present-day Masan) with the aim of conquering Japan, the well provided precious drinking water for the soldiers. Designated as South Gyeongsang Province Cultural Heritage No. 82, it is still in service after 700 years. It remains a mysterious well where water does not decrease or increase in drought or flood. Especially rich in minerals, it boasts excellent water quality for brewing.
Monggojeong proves the taste of Masan, the home of soy sauce. Until the water supply facilities were built, Monggojeong was a precious common well for people of Masan. Due to its excellent water quality, it has become the main source of water for Monggo Soy Sauce. Since clean natural bedrock water was nested deep in the ground, it became the start of the Mongolian brand, which is committed to preserving the best taste of the sauce.
